In the context of the festival of alternative arts : Urban Expressions, Nabad Art Gallery, In partnership with the embassy of Sweden in Amman invites you to the opening of a special event, an exhibition of photographs, a hip hop performance & a live graffiti show.

Inspired by the work of Swedish journalist, writer and photographer Mia Gröndahl, Gaza Graffiti, professional artist and creative consultant, Laila Demashqieh, organized a set of workshops at Baqa`a refugee camp with Ghalia Barghouti, printmaker and photographer; Dan Drill, Hip Hop artist; and Aro and Cloud Fu, graffiti artists. The initiative targets a group of students between the ages of 17 and 25, offering them a series of creative workshops, including an introduction to photography, graffiti, hip hop and mixed media art. Nabad Art Gallery hosts an exhibition of photographs of all the artworks, as well as a hip hop performance and a live graffiti show during the opening.
