The Museum of Parliamentary Life is the old building of the National Assembly. It was used as the old Parliament building from 1942 until 1978, and the place witnessed many important events such as the Declaration of Independence. The coronation of King Abdullah I, King Talal bin Abdullah, and King Hussein bin Talal - may God rest their souls - The Museum of Parliamentary Life receives visitors from various segments of Jordanian society, in addition to Jordan’s guests from official and diplomatic delegations. The Museum of Parliamentary Life has been listed within the International Council of Museums (ICOM), and the Museum of Parliamentary Life is considered the first of its kind in the world in this field. The museum is located in Jabal Amman - Islamic Scientific College Street - between the first and second circles and receives visitors from Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 2:30 pm.
